Language precedence clause
This document is drafted in French, which is the only legally binding version. Versions provided in other languages are for informational purposes only, to facilitate understanding for non-French speakers. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, only the French version shall prevail.

Minors
Some of our classes may be attended by minors. For any student under the age of 16, registration and the related processing of personal data are only possible with the consent of the holder of parental responsibility, obtained at the time of registration. The holder of parental responsibility may exercise, on behalf of the minor, all the rights described below (see "Your rights" section).

Data collected
Depending on your use of the site and our services, we may collect:
- Registration and account data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address (where applicable)
- Order/billing data: purchase history, invoices. Payments are made by bank transfer (a direct transaction between your bank and ours, with no intermediary) or via Revolut. In the latter case, payment data is processed directly by Revolut, in accordance with its own privacy policy; we do not store any banking or card data
- Communication data: messages sent via the contact form or by email
- Browsing data: IP address, connection data, technical cookies (see "Cookies and trackers" section)
- Images and videos: taken during school activities, under the conditions set out in Article 5 of the internal rules
Mandatory nature of the data: registration data (first name, last name, email, phone number) is necessary for entering into and performing the registration contract. Without this data, we are unable to process your registration. Other data (newsletter, images) is provided on a voluntary basis and does not affect access to our classes.

Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not use any fully automated decision-making process or profiling that produces legal effects or significantly affects you.

Data recipients and transfers
Your data is processed by École de danses afro-latines SARL-S and, where applicable, by its technical processors strictly necessary for the operation of the site: our hosting provider (OVH, France — European Union), Revolut for the processing of payments made through this solution, and personal storage space (Synology NAS) for hosting the school's event photo gallery. The newsletter is managed directly via our own integrated module, without using an external provider. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Revolut may process certain data outside the European Union (in particular in the United Kingdom). Such a transfer benefits from an appropriate legal framework (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses), ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that of the GDPR.

Data retention period
- Registration and billing data: retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for 10 years in accordance with legal accounting and tax obligations in force in Luxembourg
- Newsletter data: retained until consent is withdrawn, or after 3 years of inactivity (no opening/clicking)
- Images and videos: retained as long as their use remains relevant to the school's communication, or until consent is withdrawn

Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Luxembourg law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object, in particular regarding the newsletter (unsubscribe link in every email)
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal
